update1.02 for TowerRogueBuilder

i added a Tip Button you can click on :)

also made the floor tiles more visible to make sure where to place objects and the waves now take longer to spawn but you have the choice to speed it up when you kill all enemies or after 20sec is past since last wave

a lil other bugs were fixed.
